Applications should possess the following qualifications: Male aged not over 55 years old. Japanese nationality Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in all fields of Japanese cuisine /kitchen Ability to communicant basic information and ideas in English and if possible, Thai including interpersonal skill and team-building skill. Good personality and able to work well among Thai staff. Ability to work on a flexible schedule on a shift basis (24 hours) Previous experience in catering business/hotel at a qualified professional level Area of Responsibilities: 1. In charge of Japanese products, dishes for daily requirement and special events. 2. Responsible for experimenting new Japanese products, menu innovation menu development assessment, and culinary training. 3. Ensure that all foods are properly prepared according to the authentic Japanese recipe with quality quantity and specifications meeting customers4 satisfaction and minimize waste. 4. Quality assurance of Japanese products. 5. Responsible for Japanese meal presentation for our customers. Documents Required 1. Resume 2. Copy of Education Certificates 3.
