รายละเอียดงาน Provide day to day general affairs and administrative duties supporting engineering division: - Develop and maintain documentation of new products e.g. catalogue, drawings, specifications, reports. - Manage ISO Document Control including updating, recording and distributing documents to departments which concerned. - Prepare monthly management report, annual budgeting and comparison. - Coordinate with internal departments to follow up work orders. - Secretarial work e.g. Arrange meeting, Prepare Travelling Request, Cash Advance Request, Clear all expense claim for management. - Purchase and keep record office stationary, office supplies, tools/equipments and etc. - Perform other related duties as required. จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร อัตราที่รับ ไม่ระบุ อัตรา เงินเดือน ไม่ระบุ บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1.
