รายละเอียดงาน Perform detailed investment due diligence on Accounting Department, which includes both in - depth quantitative analysis and qualitative assessment Analyze the investment portfolio to determine sources of risk and return, consistency with investment process and philosophy and assess return expectations given different market environments Develop a deep understanding of the existing managers on the platform, be able to articulate the VPs competitive advantage, and identify when that advantage may erode Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating liabilities and risks, which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company trends, quality of earnings and potential Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of managements budget, and indebtedness considerations Perform special projects as needed จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร อัตราที่รับ 2 อัตรา เงินเดือน ไม่ระบุ บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1.
