Strong management skills, problems - solving. Desicion making, high leadership, proactive, and strong good analytical skills. 4. Good knowledges of ISO 9000, 14000 or related. Support customer & supplier for manufacturing. 5. Support SPC control, set up control plan implement for engineering management. 6. Organize QA/QC, incoming, outgoing, inprocess, conduct internal external audits, Instrument inspection, quality improvement 7. Support quality management system & implement corrective/ preventive actions. 8.
