รายละเอียดงาน Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance evaluations, learning and development, employee counseling, and HR Policies & Procedures of production plant and regional branch Review and advise line manager in preparation of manpower budget to ensure the appropriate level of manpower in each department Advise HR Team to develop recruitment plan and strategies to attract applicants and fulfill manpower request from business unit Initiate HR Activities and Programs to drive organization performance by aligning to strategic direction and business requirement Advise training officer in preparation of training need survey and distribute to all department to gather about the training need of each department Analyze training needs of each department to develop training programs, modify and/or improve existing programs to enhance effectiveness of training programs Manage the operation of the administration activities including security services, facility maintenance Manage the quality system (ISO 9001, 14001, Ethical Audit) related to Human Resource and Administrative services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements จังหวัด สมุทรปราการ อัตราที่รับ 1 อัตรา เงินเดือน ไม่ระบุ บาท คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor Degree or Higher in Human Resource Management & Development, Organisation Development, Political Science, Law or related Field 2. 5 - 7 years in Human Resource Field with at least 3 years experience in supervisor or managerial role 3. Strong knowledge in HRM, HRD and OD work is a definite plus 4. Familiar with HR work in the manufacturing environment is a plus 5. Excellent in communication, negotiation and presentation skills 6. Team player, innovative and flexible 7. Ability to communicate in English is required. Having a proven English proficiency test is a plus 8.
