Direct Sales Manager |
To actively participate in and contribute to the development of the direct sales business
To manage and support a team of direct sales and development personnel and implement day-to-day operations
Responsible for ensuring that the team meets service levels and other key performance indicator targets
To monitor and track sales performance. Responsible for producing and analyzing Direct Sales and team performance reports.
To achieve or exceed monthly sales revenue targets
Responsible for providing feedback to Direct Sales staff and guiding them on how they can increase revenue.
To understand the market and provide information on competitors to the team

Strong negotiation skill together with good interpersonal and coordination skills 7. Good English skills |
