Production planning & Inventory Control Staff

- Responsible for logistic operation management especially production planning, inventory and warehouse management
- Handle and ensure that demand & production planning will be aligned with sales and operation planning activities for regular and new project/ product
- Define optimized level of target and safety stocks based on history data and make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends
- Define demand of raw material and factor of manufacturers
- Achieve best-in-class performance in on time delivery and customer service
- Conduct logistics optimization and competitive cost analysis
- Coordinating with production team / engineering team / QA team in order to maintain the production plan effectively and organize regular production planning meetings

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree with Industrial Engineering, Logistic or related field
2. Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in logistic and production planning, familiar with Chemical manufacturer would be an advantage
3. Demonstrable knowledge/ results of effective improvement activity through influencing
4. Well-organized and can work in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple functions
5. Mature, assertive, adaptable, flexible, strategic mindset with excellent in planning and execution
6. Good decision-making, leadership and people management skills
7. Knowledge Inventory, Delivery and Logistic Control System, ERP & MRP System
8. SystemGood command of English and computer literacy especially SAP
