1.To identify the visual merchanise and display works at store level according to the brand characters and essence.
2. Highlight the best store presentation with seasonal collection from various imported brands.
3. Create the strategic visual presentation and trigger consumers with product and retail element.
4.Initiate the all branding elements, every tools communicated to end consumer to create the brand awareness and all visual brand publicized.
5.Involving the intensive training and understading provided to front-line staff to acknowledge, follow, execute according to the VM guideline. |

1. Males or Female, age 30. Degree in Arts or related fields.
2. 3-year keen experiences in Fashion retail business as VM and display roles
3. Intenstive understanding of in-store presentations, brand collection concept,fixture, lighthing, layout consumer's traffic pattern.
4. Excellenct in product mix-match and styling interpretation to consumers.
5. Commercially focus and management skill in planning, scheduling, organizing, executing, and teamwork
6. Posses the good drawing and designing ability with good computerized skills.
7. Positive attitude toward any circumstances of people, process, problems.
8. English proficiency is essential (writing, speaking and reading)
9. Passion in Fashion industry is much preferably. |
