Technical Support Chemistry (Project)

Working Condition:-
Working date: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturday
Working hour: 08.00 a.m. 05.00 p.m.
Office Location: Bangna - Trad k.m.23 Road

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Paint Decorate Product Introduction
Identify and support new applications and solutions for existing products to meet customer needs and solve customer challenges
Plan and provide team and distributors in technical support and trouble shooting of product issue
Coordinating with customers about technical services for Paint Decorate and Paint Building Product
Responsible for complaint handling and collaborated closely with the team for customer service interaction
Handle common cause complaints both internal and external
Coordinate and work closely with Sales Team to resolve and make decisions quickly
Responsible for tracking complaint and quality performance metrics

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male Thai Nationality, Age 22 year old up
2. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Material Science or relate field
3. At least 1- 2 years experience in technical Support/ Technical Service for paint or coating would be advantage
4. Have an experience about technical service, complaint handling, market survey knowledge, competitor benchmark and customer satisfaction
5. Customer focused and self-motivated
6. Possess car driving license
7. Possess strong presentation, analytical skills and strong problem solving skills
8. Good interpersonal skills and service mind
