- ประเมินราคา ประมาณราคา ติดต่อหาผู้รับเหมางาน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของงาน ก่อนการรับมอบ
- เขียนแบบโครงสร้าง แบบงานต่าง ๆ ที่กำหนด
- ให้คำปรึกษา คำแนะนำผู้บริหารในการกำหนดคุณสมบัติ งานก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ |
