Mechanical/ Electrical Trainer (P08)

Report to: Technical Training Manager

Provide technical training to internal staff.
Create monthly and yearly training schedules for company.
Plan to develop training road maps.
Develop/Improve training curriculum according to the company policy.
Develop and prepare training materials: Text book, Handout, Pre-Post test, practical test and all supporting materials.
Follow up on the training plan to fulfill target agreement.
Create, maintain and communicate all training guidelines to internal staff.
Evaluate training results to ensure knowledge and skills development.
Providing any other support as requested.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male age between 33 - 40 years old.
2. Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as mechanical / electrical technical instructor in a vocational college
4. Good communication, people management and teaching skill.
5. Able to travel in responsible region
