1. Age 24 - 30 years old
2. Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial or related fields
3. At 1 years' experience in quality function in the electronics or Quality manufacturing is a plus
4. Negotiation and managerial ability are preferred.
5. Strong leadership, hard working and accurate.
6. Fluent Japanese (Listening, Speaking, Writing), and computer literacy
