Senior System Analyst

Review, revise, and support for transforming business requirement into technical specification and design.
Investigate and understand business requirements and identifying systems integration including impact analysis.
Collaborate with the business and IT team members to understand business requirements and design working solutions.
Coordinate development and deployment activities within a project team.
Provide technical assistance to the users and IT team on the architecting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of the supported environments.
Proactively identify, recommend and implement improvements to organizational processes and technology solutions, i.e. change management, problem management, process improvement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related fields.
2. At least 6 years experience (Senior Analyst)/2years experience (Analyst)with enterprise based application development as Analyst or Analyst Programmer.
3. Age over 32 years old(Senior)/26 years old(Analyst)
4. Experience in PL/SQL on Oracle or Microsoft SQL.
5. Understand object-oriented programming (OOP) skills, MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework and can develop software design specification using UML notification (preferable).
6. Having skills and experience in project management (is a plus).
7. Experience in Insurance company (is a plus).
8. Strong leadership skills and have a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach
9. Must be a self-starter ,highly motivated and work well under pressure and changes
