| Business Development/Marketing Officer (Recruitment Section) |
1. Find new clients who are looking for Recruitment Service Support such construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Tourism, Hotel, Hospital or another new group of target
2. Request for visiting/meeting the client to present recruitment service until getting the clients to sign Service Agreement
3. Request job detail/job description form the client and hand over to Account Manager for implementing the recruitment process and submit the right-fit profiles to the client for review and consideration.
4. Follow up client feedback of the recruitment service and have meeting with the clients.
5. Responsible for Advertising and Media Channels of the company for PR management
6. Report to Management team regarding the update/process of the meeting with new clients, channels of PR, Problems and Solutions.
7. Team Meeting with Account Manager to discuss about problems, issues and developments for working effectively and efficiently
8. Follow up the process with Account Manager for position assigned and follow up feedback with the clients |
