Export Sales Supervisor

- Formulate and implement sales plans and activities in the designated territory to meet sales goals.
- Develop and identify new customers and business opportunities, while maintaining long term and successful partnerships with key customers.
- Execute yearly sales budgeting.
- Work closely with R&D and product. development team to meet the requests from OEM customers.
- Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers.
- Drive the Sales Team, organize and plan towards expected sales targets.
- Strong managerial skills, motivate, train and develop the sales.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Diploma or degree in Business/Marketing or related field
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in food industry or related field
3. Strong sales background with a successful track record in leading and managing sales team
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Excellent oral & written communication in English and Thai are essential
6. Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
7. Well-groomed, confident and go-getter under pressure
8. Experience in a similar capacity within the food industry is an added advantage but keen and strong intersts in sales and business development is a MUST
