- Review the weekly merchandise sales and stock coverage reports, report to the Merchandising Manager and execute appropriate actions to ensure effective stock management at warehouse and store levels.
- Conduct analytical reviews for each product category, draft recommendations and plans for each season and coordinate the programs with the merchandising team and other related functions.
- Prepare the schedules for design requirements, cancellations and supporting analysis for various categories.
- Review product costs, prepare recommended pricing for new products and undertake periodic pricing reviews across all channels.
- Draft and manage the distribution plans of products to store.
- Work out sales estimates, distribution and order volumes for respective products.
- Review and manage product sales, distributions and other activities at Factory Sales Outlets and Remnant sales according to prescribed policies.
- Maintain product catalogues for each season.
- Coordinate all product-related actions across all functions retail, merchandise, warehouse and display.
- Other assignments and projects as assigned. |
