Senior Project about Crew Rostering Problem: A Domestic Thai Airways Case by use IBM ILOG CPLEX program to solve problem in this organization.For example, reducing major operation costs of domestic Thai Airways and balance workload for every crew in order to achieve good life quality.This study had already done on 3 examples / cases which were taken from the real Thai Airways domestic flight. In each example, it included different day, pairs, stations and number of crews.
The result from a commercial integer programming solver (IBM ILOG CPLEX) was shown and the quality of the solutions was discussed which can determine the example of crew pairing and can help Thai Airways to meet their needs.
