JOB SUMMARY :
To manage CQE/OQE resource for highest performance. Represent Technical Support to communicate and present Products/Process quality control to meet both external and internal requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Promoting outgoing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the
organization.
Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including
budgetary control issues.
Assessing the product specifications of the company and suppliers, and comparing with
customer requirements.
Ensure CQE/OQE resource is capable/trained to operate on the assigned responsibility.
Ensure all processes are being controlled via the use of efficient sampling plan and
engineering knowledge in accordance with minimum customer requirement.
Verify cause of defectives in the process and enforce necessary actions from concerned
departments to introduce action plan to eliminate causes of defective, to ensure no
defects escape to customer.
Ensure quality level of product to achieve customer requirements by communicate and
coordinate with internal department.
Report status of the MPTs Products performance at Outgoing to upper management
Level.
Communicate and cooperate with internal core team for sufficient quality control basis
with engineering principles.
Support the overall products Quality & Reliability Goals.
Support the implementation of SPC activities, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
program.
Performs a special project as direct superior assigned.
