-Being responsible in part of Human Resources and Admin
- Assist with events and employees activities to serve business & employees needs
- Create job advertisements to attract potential candidates and coordinate with candidate and hiring managers to organize interviews
- Assist to conduct on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Assist to coordinate and administer personal development plans and team performance reviews
- Source and coordinate training programmers
- Prepare contracts for Product Consultants (PC), Update payroll team regarding PC salaries and commissions, Collect and record PC employee data, Collate information and calculate commissions for Business Units sales teams
- Be in charge of insurance and provident funds, including to keep track of company insurances |
