ensure the negotiated price aligned with companys budget and prepare PO contract
❖ Make cost summary
❖ Conduct vendor survey and evaluation to ensure vendors capability to supply a quality product, aligned with delivery
schedule
❖ Update Purchasing Status Report
POSITION: EXPEDITOR
❖ Organize Kick-off meeting in collaboration with package Engineer and Vendor
❖ Expedite and Ensure on-time submission of vendor print from vendors
❖ Monitor vendors Monthly Progress Report and Perform action in case of any delay (VP submission, Critical Sub
item Fabrication Check point, Inspection schedule and NCR issue) and update to concerned party
❖ Liaise with material coordinators, project management, engineering, QC and other relevant to agree and initiate the
recovery plan when slippage are anticipated or discovers.
❖ Coordinate for the inspection schedule and FAT schedule and Hold point of client to ensure materials and equipments
are inspected with approved certificate before delivery to project site.
❖ Prepare Expediting Status Report
❖ Coordinate with Logistic team for special condition for route
