- Secretary to Senior Vice President HR Business Partner
- Lead any activities of company such as Christmas Party, Company Outing,
Birthday Celebration, Chinese New Year and Valentine Greeting, Staff Party,
CSR, Songkran Festival, etc.
- Recruitment Process
- Responsibility in CSR Project
- Employee Leave Card/ Employee Leave Report
- Create and update SOP of company
- Prepare presentation (PR) for any upcoming activities and send to all staffs
- Monitor on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Performance Appraisal (PA)
- Process KPI and PA score for evaluating bonus payment and salary increment
- Monitor payment in HR department / work with accounting to process
all invoices and payments timely (Certificate of payment and Reimbursement)
- Create and send e-birthday card of employee to all staffs
- Training Report
- Manage reception as incoming call and incoming mail
- Manage filling system any documents
- Supporting HR team for various administrative
- Coordinate with internal and external company
- Minutes of meeting
- Manage calendar and remind for the upcoming meeting |
