● Refine and conclusion oppose project document, all concerned budget to request approve from OPCOM, after green light permit, set up project team member, define schedule plan and detail budget ,project progress report, budget control plan and cash flow,
● Full hand-on execution phase, obligate conclusion and final contract agreement for each EPC, manage and cooperative with affiliate company consulting for recycle process technical, and construction design technical
● Regulate, define construction procedure, QA,QC, IPT for all suppliers ,Building construction , MEP (ITE) , Fire protection system (TKFS), Fire water tanks, Waste water treatment , Recycling water system (GSKS)
● Regulate and keep construction progress, delivery task interface commitment to according construction plan, coordinate with cross-function in commissioning phase with operation team and hand over to according commercial operation date. |
