• Lead the overall planning, coordination and management of all the projects under the CONTRACT, which includes but not limited to HSE, QA/QC, materials, manpower and resources planning, logistic, tools and equipment for all phases of work such as, engineering, procurement, onshore fabrication, offshore installation, heavy lift, SIMOP, shutdown planning/execution, hook-up and commissioning, and start-up.
• Contractual/commercial management
• Interface and coordinate with all concerned departments/functional groups
• Provide main interface with client and ensure meeting customer satisfaction
• Regularly conduct project risk assessment with all concerned departments/functional groups and ensure mitigation plan/action will be implementing
• Review lesson learned from previous projects and implement on current project – where applicable and conduct project lesson learned at project close out stage
