- Municipality permit and Tax
- Fire pump / fire alarm system
- Air condition system ( Split type / Chiller )
- CCTV system / Security system
- Access control system
- Building maintenance (Civil work / Electric work etc)
- Renovation project
- Annual energy report
2. To set up and control monitoring KPI as Help desk / Hot line / Project
3. To cooperate with supplier for support facility system
